survivors has been launched.

Major Amit Sagar was among the dead and two troops were
pulled out of the snow. "3-4 soldiers are also missing," said an
official.
The names of the civilians who died are: Habibula (50),
Azizi (48), Gulshan Bano (19), Iirfan (17).
SNOWFALL AFFECTS DAILY TRAFFIC
Transport, rail and air links between the Kashmir Valley and
the outside world remained suspended on Wednesday as fresh snowfall disrupted
life.
MeT has predicted heavy snowfall in upper reaches of Kashmir
valley till Jan 26.
